On yet ANOTHER exotic pet tragedy...

And so - tragically, horrifically, infuriatingly -  another senseless death involving someone's exotic pet has taken place, this time in New Brunswick, Canada. Two young boys were found dead, smothered by a 14-foot African rock python that had no fricking business whatsoever being anywhere other than amidst a pile of rocks somewhere in Africa, but due to recklessness was brought over or bred to be someone's pet, and due to carelessness, managed to escape its enclosure, slither into the building's ventilation system and fall into the room where the boys were sleeping.

I could go on and on about this tragedy, but it really comes down to this:

Enact and/or enforce exotic pet laws.

If it hasn't been habituated to humans for at least 10,000 years, it has no business being kept as a pet.
